How to perform daily maintenance on multi-channel rotary joints

Multi channel rotary joint is a type of hydraulic rotary joint, and its range of use has gradually expanded. So, how should we perform daily maintenance on it when using it?

1. The rotating joint drum and the interior of the pipeline should be kept clean. Attention should be paid to new equipment, and filters should be added if necessary to prevent abnormal wear of the rotating joint caused by foreign objects.

2. Long term disuse of the machine can cause scaling and rusting inside the multi-path rotary joint. Please be aware that there may be jamming or dripping when reusing.

3. If equipped with an oil injection device, please inject oil regularly to ensure the normal operation of the rotary joint bearings

4. The rotating joint of the circulating heat medium should gradually warm up and not experience sudden temperature changes.

5. Check the wear condition and thickness change of the sealing surface (usually normal wear is 5-10mm); Observe the friction trajectory of the sealing surface to see if there are any three intermittent points or scratches

If there is a situation related to the previous question, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

6. Rotating joints should be handled with care and are strictly prohibited from being impacted to avoid loss of joint components.

7. It is strictly prohibited for foreign objects to enter the interior of the rotary joint.

8. Do not idle the multi-channel rotary joint for a long time.
